I took the computer in and paid $259.00 to have the problem(s) diagnosed, repaired and anti-virus software upgraded. The next day they called and said it was ready. I brought it home, hooked it up and discovered that I was having the same problems plus others. I took it back. They called two days later to tell me my operating system had been damaged and they would need to reset my comuter to factory settings. To do that they wanted to back up my files. It took them 3 minutes to put my files on a back up disc. I am sure of the time period because I was on the phone with them while they were doing it. They charged me an additional $99. for their three minutes of work. I feel ripped off. I will certainly never use the Best Buy Geek Squad again.

I did have someone come out and install a satellite dish. I wasted a lot of time and money. When they came out to hook it up, they left holes in the roof. When I went back and complained they did not want to come back and fix it. I was not impressed with this company at all.

THE GUY RECOMMENDED SOME ADDITIONS THAT WOULD HELP PROTECT MY COMPUTER AND ALSO GAVE ME SOME IDEAS ON SOME BLOCKS FOR MY INTERNET AND EMAIL.
