Bob is the supplier and he has a relationship with an installer. The installer was neat, efficient, and fast. Bob arranged everything with the installer, met with them while they were here, and came back after they finished to be sure everything was satisfactorily performed. He arranged for the installers to come back twice to make adjustments (we have a lot of ground movement here.) Bob is such a pleasure to work with; he is personable, professional, honest, responsible...everything you would want in a contractor -and I have had many who have not been so I know what I'm talking about.
