Cleaners were great. Communication with anyone who runs the business and makes the schedules for employees was beyond a disaster. I was very upfront about this being an erratic cleaning schedule for an Airbnb unit, even at one point asking directly if CBCS can handle this type of schedule and *at the very outset* asked whether they can or not. Raj was very clear that he wanted the work for his company. After one short week, he texted me *after 5p on Friday night* (!) to tell me they cannot handle the Airbnb schedule...I've got cleaning scheduled for Monday and Wednesday after several groups of Airbnb Guests...There's no way I can get replacement cleaners over the weekend! Talk about leaving a customer high and dry. HORRID COMPANY. AVOID.

The staff who came to clean arrived on time, were trained, and did an excellent job. I have hired them for a second time. My only complaint is in dealing with the company's owner/management: rather than have a set pricing, or visiting the project site to give a job estimate, they ask you what is the price for this job, or what are you paying for this job. When I told them (quoting what other cleaners quoted who have seen my places], he balked and raised the price from $120 to $150. I accepted that. The job was done and done well. I asked to schedule again, and Raj tried to jack up the price saying "I have to forgo a jobe worth $300 to do your job" on that date/time. I was pretty shocked at this tactic. I told him just to be honest; if you cannot fit it in your schedule, fine, I'll find someone else for that day/time. Curiously, he was able to send the same staff back to me on the requested date/time. I have no idea if his other employees (and they are employees not contracted workers), are skilled like the ones sent to me, but be forewarned that Raj is squirrelly when it comes to pricing, then flagrantly tries tripping on you to raise the price for the second cleaning. In the end, he came down to industry norms, but I was not pleased with the conversation he thought it made sense to have with me.

The cleaning service was just average. It certainly was not worth the higher price paid for a deep clean. They didn’t do anything out of the ordinary except clean the inside of the refrigerator. And then when they took the refrigerator apart they didn’t put it back together correctly. They also didn’t dust the China cabinet, missed a whole table in the living room and bedrooms. Not worth the money paid.

Arrived on time. A mother and son team arrived. I learned that that would be able to clean for 3 hours. Some cabinets could not be thoroughly cleaned and the shelves inside the frig were not completed... but within the allotted time. I was also asked to reschedule st the last minute which resulted in an impact to my work schedule.

First of all, they arrived even though I had not booked an appointment. When I questioned them they left a voice message with their Supervisor, Raj, and began work. One of the workers did really excellent work in the kitchen. The second worker was on her telephone for almost 20 minutes, while folding clothes that I never asked her to do, the she spent her remaining time slowly wiping down furniture. After an hour, the Supervisor arrived at my door and confirmed that they were at the wrong house!! He then left, presumably to contact the home they were supposed to be at. Crazy! Shortly after he left I found my Angie's purchase receipt for a 12 hour/2 person clean. The Supervisor, Raj, telephoned to check on the workers and I informed him that I did not have time for the additional 3 hours of service due. Raj told me he would pick up the workers so that they could go to the correct house and he would re-schedule the balance of time owed to me. Never heard another word. I've emailed him numerous time and left voice messages. I've had no response to any of my messages. Very disappointing. I was very happy with the work performed by the one employee.

Two women came to our house to do the work. They did a very good job. We paid 399 for up to 8 hours of work. They were here for well over that, when you count the hours times two people.

Francisca was wonderful, she was on time and worked very hard. She even cleaned my windows, inside and out. She removed book from my bookcase and cleaned behind them, trust me it wasn't pretty! She took apart my fancy stove and polished all the knobs, it hasn't looked this good since I brought it home. She did an amazing job! I am going to hire her on a regular basis.

I only say I'd hire them again IF they get their communication issues corrected! It did not go well. My request for a service appointment was never responded to but a team showed up at my home on 8/4/16. I told them I was not expecting them, but allowed them to come in and clean and I logged in online to find the service I had purchased. We contacted their supervisor (Raj) who came to my home and confirmed there had been a mistake. Turns out that they had the wrong address. I told Raj that I had purchased a 12 hour cleaning day (2 workers @ 6hrs each) but was not available for 6 hours on this day. Raj said he had to check in with the client whose home they actually were scheduled to be at and he left. He returned approx 1 hour later and said if the ladies could not work the entire 12 hours on my order he would need to take them to the home they were originally schedule for. I said that was fine as long as I received either a refund or credit for the 6 hours that I was loosing by their departure. He agreed that the 6 hours could be used at a later time. I emailed him the same day to memorialize what occurred and confirm the 6 hours of service owed to me. He did not respond to my email and has not as of today (7/13/17). I've sent follow up messages and continue to receive no response.

Cleaning staff was fantastic. Scheduling was a nightmare. Asked to have a set schedule for ongoing service and after four times of the same conversation decided to give up and go with someone else.

Before purchasing, I contacted Raj and asked if he could send 2 people on a Saturday for 6 hours to Livermore and he said yes so I purchased the deal so no one would need to take of of work. When it came time to schedule, my ex said he was told Saturday wasn't possible so someone had to be at home. When I reminded Raj what he told me (this was months later), he said okay he would send two people but still seemed to have difficulty scheduling a Saturday. Finally get it on the book and only one person shows up so we have to schedule a second session. This is not okay. Raj and my son had some difficulties with the scheduling and neither liked each other very much. My son was the person at the house meeting the cleaner. They had a miscommunication and my son wasn't home when the cleaner showed up because he didn't know she was coming. My son and Raj had words again and Raj told me he wasn't sending someone back to finish the job. Seriously? I paid $300. I told him he still had a chance to redeem himself and he said he would send someone but I would have to pay an additional $35 for her travel expenses for a missed appointment. I didn't want to lose my additional $150 spent so I bit my tongue and agreed to pay the $35. And Raj said he was only willing to send one person so my son would have to take another 6 hours off work. I bit my tongue again and said okay. What choice did I have. Angie's List wasn't much help, by the way so I will rethink purchasing any additional deals this way. Raj decided since I was nice about the whole thing he would waive the $35 and ended up sending two cleaners. I appreciate that. The cleaners did a decent job but they were somewhat unprofessional. One talked on her cell phone with a headset for a long time. One ordered a pizza sent to the house without asking and my son, who is vegan and gluten free, had to smell it all day. When they came back the second time, they missed quite a bit and the house didn't look clean when they left. When they cleaned the hutch, they only dusted part of it (I guess they couldn't reach). In the end, they redeemed themselves a bit with me which is why they are not getting an F. However, I wouldn't hire them again.

It was a very good experience. She did not bring the mop for the floor tiles. We wanted the grease to be cleaned on the floor tiles and she said she did not have the materials for that. Otherwise, it was fine. She did a good job on it.
