All Bay Locksmith did a great job replacing the two locks. They are a local locksmith business. They are knowledgable, friendly and go out of their way to help you.

Lisa & Mike were great. Showed up on time, and called ahead to confirm. They got the job done, seemed knowledgeable about their trade, and I enjoyed talking to them too.

I liked that they were local, and friendly. They took charge in figuring it all out, despite running into some difficulties. They used their imagination, and were very creative. They weren't going to leave without getting it down. They were punctual, and the work was great.

Overall, it was a fun experience - if one can say that about having your whole house rekeyed. Everyone was punctual and professional. I learned a lot of information about points of weakness in a home and what I can do to protect my investment. Although, I asked for a mailbox key, when they arrived, they didn't have a lock that would work for the mailbox. She later called me and volunteered to bring a lock by or mail it to me, but I never got the lock. I have since purchased a replacement.

The All Bay team was clean, courteous, punctual and very knowledgeale. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent service from a friendly phone experience to punctual, professional locksmiths. They came in under the price I was working with and suggested inexpensive solutions when practical. I would use them again and suggest them to anyone requiring a house to be re-keyed.
