Jake arrived a few minutes early and set to work. He dismantled the inside of the stove to permit thorough cleaning, then enclosed the stove in wrappings to prevent any soot from escaping. He cleaned the chimney, then the inside of the stove. He reassembled the stove (quite a feat as it is like a jigsaw puzzle!) with no damage. There was NO dirt or soot anywhere after he was done. He gave us a check list showing the results of his inspection of the stove, chimney and installation. We were very pleased with the work he did.
