Absolute horrible customer service from Robert Allen, who is the main contractor. He consistently lies to us and is unresponsive. I am very disappointed in their quality of work, and the amount of money you pay does not equate to the work completed. I would stay away from this company for any contracting business.

I will start by saying that from the start Robert Allen has come across as a decent, honest man. I still believe that. My project had several repairs of my garage: wood siding, wooden post repair and re-anchoring, driveway replace, and water drainage enhancements. The repairs for the wood posts and siding were going well, looking good. I mentioned that and also gave Robert the feedback that his sub-contractor (Danny and one other) had left a mess of debris (wood, material wrapping, containers, etc.) everywhere and had not completed that scope of work? downspout not reattached to post and left a mess. I asked for these things to be taken care of before the first payment, he was upset. My take: the overall quality of job is not just the final product? quality, cleanup, being careful with my property are important. They were pretty careless with my property. That is an issue with his sub-contractor. However, Robert reaction is an issue with Robert, not his crew. They had also damaged my irrigation system and some plants but given his reaction I did not see a point in mentioning anything else. Later, they damaged an iron railing anchored in concrete. Pieces of concrete were knocked off at the bottom and just left there, the railing no longer usable. The railing was never perfect through 20 years in this house, but it had still been usable. So, more carelessness. They fixed it and as Robert said, this thing is solid! True, but the new concrete base blocks do not match the low wall they are attached to. Their size, shape, asymmetry, and color and are now an eye sore. Late in the job it seemed that his sub-contractor was not responding and Robert came to complete some minor things himself. He also mentioned that if anything goes wrong or there is water leakage/problems that he stands by his work, to just call him. The final repairs were what we talked about and pretty good. His idea of quality differs from my idea of quality, though. I will fix the irrigation myself.

Clean efficient operation, capable workers, excellent oversight. The job finished on time, on budget. No surprises. Best contractor we have utilized.

Code requirements still need to be completed.

Mr. Allen did a wonderful and thorough job for me. Great communication and very nice person. He made the project stress free and fun. Thank you Mr. Allen I give 5 stars.

We needed a lot of work. We had extensive rot at the foundation, and underneath the bathroom. Glad Robert and his crew helped us through this mess. Robert was easy to communicate with, always answered or returned my calls. We are happy with the end results.

Robert and his crew are great! We just completed a major rehab starting with a 2300 sqft foreclosed home ripped down to the studs. The end result is a beautiful custom built home. Along the way we encountered several unexpected issues and Robert handled all of them very well. Robert and his team also gave some very useful design advice which greatly improved the end result. Robert also personally supervised all of the most critical construction steps like pouring the foundation for the new addition and provided excellent overall management of the project and coordination all of the people.

Robert is a consummate professional. He looked at our project, provided sensible suggestions, offered a competitive price, completed the work on-time and on-budget, and even did a few extra things that he didn't charge for. He managed the project beautifully. I'd highly recommend him for even much bigger, more complex jobs than our bathroom remodel and custom sand-box.

The project was top notch and far exceeded my expectations. Mr. Allen and his team showed up ON TIME EVERY TIME. They were consistent, professional, friendly and hard-working. While I had a good idea of what I wanted, Mr. Allen guided and educated me through the process and delivered consistent knowledge and professionalism. I was so pleased with the way my kitchen turned out that I decided to remodel my living room and entry hall. The place is fabulous and every time someone walks in the door, they immediately ask WHO did my kitchen. No one can believe I found his company on the internet. I am a VERY SATISFIED customer. LUV IT. LUV IT!
