Patty was my Lowe's consultant and walked me through every part of the process. While she was on leave, Denise took over and made sure any issues were resolved quickly. These two consultants went above and beyond what most would have. The installers they used were great and the product looks and performs well.

The experience was fine, but we don't like the filter being as expensive as it is. We have to replace the filter refrigerator like every few months. We didn't realize that the filter would be so expensive. They are usually pretty good, except that they forgot to mention that we would have to replace the filter every so often. The price for the refrigerator was okay, it was comparable to everyone else, but the filter is too expensive. The quality has been good, and we don't have any complaints. They delivered it on time, and so punctuality was good.

The job was great, the professionalism was great but they charged too much. the actual wood itself was good but I will not use that service ever again. When they camps in the agent showed me the plan of our the floor was going to be laid out so that was great.

I had to make a few phone calls to get ahold of someone. After I got the call back it ran smoothly.

They are really fast. They hauled away my old washer for free. The installation was free. I just paid for the new washer.

The work went well overall.

THE INSTALLATION WENT WELL. TWO MEN SHOWED UP AND MOVED THE FURNITURE. THEY THEN TOOK UP THE OLD CARPETING. THEY LAID THE PAD THEN THE NEW CARPETING. THEY THEN PUT BACK THE FURNITURE.

THIS EXPERIENCE WAS NOT GOOD AT ALL. THEY DID NOT DELIVER THE FLOORING WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY DID DELIVER IT THE SECOND TIME. THEN WHEN THE INSTALLER CAME TO DO THE INSTALLATION THEY DID NOT DELIVER ALL THE TRIM PIECES OR THE PASTE.

THE EXPERIENCE I HAD WAS PRETTY GOOD, EXCEPT THAT IT WAS HARD GETTING DELIVERY BECAUSE I NEEDED IT DONE IN THE MORNING WHEN SOMEONE WAS HOME, SO IT TOOK ABOUT A WEEK AND A HALF.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT. THEY DID WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO. THEY WERE IN AND OUT. I THOUGHT THEY WOULD TAKE MUCH LONGER THEN THEY DID. THEY CLEANED UP THEIR MESS, AND THERE WAS NOTHING FOR HIM TO DO WHEN THEY LEFT.

WHEN WE PLACED THE ORDER FOR THE BATHTUB, WE HAD TO CALL TO SEE IF IT WAS IN INSTEAD OF THEM NOTIFYING US. ALSO, IT CAME SCRATCHED AND DENTED SO WE HAD TO REORDER ONE. THE MIRROR DOORS ALSO CAME SCRATCHED.
