Great..Leonard is great Customer service excellence

Leonard was friendly and quite a talker. He was able to tell me exactly what the problem was and gave me an accurate quote. I was impressed by Leonard’s ability to describe exactly what my TV was doing before it finally stopped working. Leonard also kept in touch with me regarding stages of repair BUT he never said the repairs would be more than his quoted price. The picture on my TV is beautiful; looks brand new. Highly recommended.

Tech was able to fix same day, he knew exactly what the problem was.

It went better than expected!!!  Leonard is not only professional and trustworthy but provided details of what he need to do and he delivered in a matter of a few days with a complete detailed description of what was done to repair the TV.  Excellent/

owner ask me to bring tv in so that he could give me free est. he assessed tv and gave me an option ( use different input) instead of changing a part (160.00) took advise tv works great. 

They did a great job.

He helped take the TV out of the rec room in the garage, took it to his shop, repaired it, returned it and hooked it up to make sure everything was working right.  He was very professional and expedient, he explained everything he was doing and what needed to be done.  He was GREAT!

Leonard tested the power board and let me know what had to be done.
The estimate was $300 and when he delivered it 6 days later, the final charge was $300. 
I was pleased with his professionalism, promptness and pleasant demeanor.

Leonard came on time. He was personable and knowledgeable. The television was repaired and looks bettter than it has in years. Leonard also gave us suggestions on how to keep the television running longer. The price was reasonable. I would absolutely hire him again, and I recommend him without reservation.

I tried other TV repair companies on Angie's List and none of them wanted to work on it, so I went local and Leonard took it on as a challenge. He was very professional and very pleasant. He apparently made a lot of effort to find these parts because the TV is old.
