Description of Work: JOE, REMOVED 200 FEET OF RAILING FROM THE TOP OF THE SECOND STORY BALCONY DECK AND RE-MOUNTED ALL OF IT TO THE SIDE OF THE BALCONY DECK. THIS WOULD PREVENT WATER FROM ENTERING THE BUILDING THRU THE DECKING AND MOUNTING HARDWARE
