I was very pleased with this company's work.  He arrived promptly, determined what the problem with my heater was and corrected it.  It was a minor problem.  He advised me that the heater was probably only going last a year or two more as it is quite old.  Good advice so I can be aware of the need for a new one in the future and start saving for it.  I definitely recommend this company and will use them in the future.

I called them on a Friday and they were here on Saturday.  So that really stood out to me.  It was a scorcher weekend.  They were referred to me by my family friends.  The workers that came out were great.  There were no complications with them.  Everything’s holding up perfect.  I will use their services again in the future.

In November when we went to turn the furnace on we could tell right away that the blower was not working properly. We called Alex because he was refered to us by a retired gas company worker we remembered. Alex came out to check it out and see if he could make it work for the winter. He discovered that the blower had been adjusted down to low and he readjusted it back up. After that, the blower continued to give us problems even though he adjusted it to high. It just wasn't working the way it used to and it started to fill the house with a smokey smell. We decided it was time to replace the furnace. Alex came back and gave us a quote for a new York furnace. He gave us a really reasonable deal. He came three days later on Black Friday and hauled off our old furnace and installed the new one with a new digital thermostat. He even added an additional intake vent on another wall of the closet the furnace is in. He arrived promptly (a little early), was professional, courteous, cleaned up after his work, and left us with extra new filters. He answered all our questions. The new furnace is much more efficient than the old one and it makes our drafty house nice and warm.
