THe experience went great from beginning to end. Despite having sold and purchasing a half dozen properties, we learned some valuable insights from Westgate.

I cannot express enough how easy and thorough Mike was to work with for 6 months. I found Mike by accident when I called on my own to look at a home his office had listed. After our first meeting, he sent me by e-mail all the homes that fit my criteria. I called Mike to just show me homes and he was always quick and right there for me. He never judged what type of house I wanted to view. I looked at everything from dumps to palaces. I dragged him around to other towns and took MY time to buy a home. He never pressured me or made me feel I had to make up my mind. Even though I could have easily worked some kind of deal out to save myself paying a commission to Mike, he proved to me that I needed his 25 year plus experience. He kept me from making errors and pointed out faults in homes that were necessary for me to see...like drainage or electrical or plumbing...that could have been potential problems. I think of Mike as a friend now, not just an agent.
