Great! Timely. I was kept advised at all stages. I was living in the house at the time and Bill and the team were always aware of my need to survive the job. They were prompt, polite and efficient. I would recommend them any time. They went above and beyond.

Everything went really well with them, from ordering the carpet to installation. They were reasonable on prices. The guy who installed it could have done it blindfolded, he was so expert at the installation. They were helpful, informative, everything they said they were going to do they did, everything went in a timely manner, I wasn't concerned at first because one guy showed up alone and I never thought how is he going to carry the carpeting in but he carried it by himself and he installed it himself. I had different carpet installation done over the years, this is the most professional and efficient and quick and he talked to me the whole time. I think that he is really a fun guy. A couple of weeks after, he sent me a thank you card. I consider using them for a remodeling a bathroom. He said they use their own contractor.
