+ -1 moreThe work went very well. Mike and his team are very professional. He provided an estimate and fulfilled his obligations on time and on-budget. It definitely paid to have a specialist do this job rather than leave it to our landscaper. Project took about 3.5 days.
Description of Work: Mike and his crew excavated our back yard, terracing the lot, which was fairly sloped, into three level terraces. The area was approximately 60'x60'. There was also some work required to reroute the sewage system and some of the water lines. Also need to jackhammer some concrete, remove existing retaining walls, plantings and grass. The access was fairly narrow, getting into the yard, but they were able to deal with that very effectively and still get their bobcats in.
