Not only did the planned work go well, but he also looked over a couple of other minor issues and was able to resolve one of them immediately. With another issue, there could be multiple causes. Instead of going straight to the most expensive option (as a previous Angie's list deal who tried to upsell did), he described the possible causes and worked with me to develop a solution. I highly recommend Sustainable Plumbing.

Great, on time, completed the task, friendly and left the job cleaner than it was. Also, hauled off all related waste including 2 old toilets and cardboard boxes for the new. I plan on using Sustainable Plumbing for my next plumbing job.

It went very well - he was proficient and efficient and performed some minor additional services along the way and without additional charge. He was recommended to us by a neighbor and he proved to be a great find! His prices were significantly less than the plumber used by another neighbor and he provided the units at cost.

He showed up on time and looked very professional.  He removed my old water heater and installed the new water heater in a timely fashion.  I loved that the area that he worked in was cleaner when he left then it was when he showed up.  His work was impeccable and the install was very professional looking.  I would totally use him again and will refer him to anyone looking for plumbing work to be done.

I decided to replace my 17 y/o water heater before it broke. I decided I wanted this new hybrid electric heat pump for lower utility costs.

Wess is the picture of responsiveness. From answering calls live to agreeing to come out to my fairly rural house on my schedule, he tries to accommodate requests. He agreed that this product seemed right for our household size and water use and was able to install it within 2 weeks of the estimate.
