Sieg has been to my home twice in four years... the first time he checked for pests, set traps (nothing caught) and then sealed up all of my foundation vents.  Fast forward to this year, when I began to see some rat droppings and bits of insulation in my laundry room and crawl space.  Sieg identified immediately where the rats were getting in.  Because he "missed" this tiny unseen entry point a few years ago, he gave me a break on the follow up visits this time around.  He will set traps, follow up 3-4 times, and then seal the spot where the rodents were getting in. Sieg is a great guy--good natured, professional and a seasoned expert on pests!
