My husband worked with them but he did say they did a really good job. They held on to their part. I'd give them all A's.

I've had them out 3-4 times.  They came out for small jobs and I liked them very much.  The office person was fantastic and would call to followup afterwards.  The plumbers were very nice and did a good job.  If I had a plumbing problem, I would call them back.

Romans Plumbing was very professional from beginning to end. The scheduling person understood our needs and allotted enough time for the work to be completed - we had a leak under our house from the refrigerator. Roman was knowledgeable about what needed to be done, kept me informed and provided reasonable rates. We are very happy with the high quality work we received and definitely will us Romans Plumbing in the future.

We were referred to Roman's Plumbing by a friend here in Tiburon. From the first call to them, the initial visit by Roman and subsequent emails the process of defining the project was clear and the resulting proposal reflected exactly what we wanted to do and incorporated our previous research. The day of the installation they started work when they said they would and they completed the work efficiently and successfully in just a few hours and hauled the old hardware away. I would highly recommend Roman and his company to anyone and we will definitely use them if we need plumbing work done in the future.

Job 1: The shower and tub drain clogs were routed out from the shower. As they didn't need the heavy duty router to clear out to the septic tank they actually charged us $25 less than estimated.
Job 2: Prior router companies had knocked holes in the side of our waste line from the house to the septic tank to route out roots. We hired Roman's to replace the damaged section of waste line and install a proper relief valve and clean-out. They did an outstanding job.
Job 3: Our local Grange hall was having an upcoming party and the women's restroom toilet had a history of overflowing when faced with that kind of demand. Roman's routed out the accumulated gunk in our historic plumbing and did the job pro bono for our non-profit.
In every instance Roman's exceeded expectations.

They are very good. It's a fairly new company and it's relatively small. But they do really good work. On the day that pipes rose, they had forty people calling with burst pipes that they had to respond to and they only had five people working for them. They did pretty well. They cleaned up after themselves.

I've used Roman's twice. The first time, about a year and a half ago, the water main from the street to my house had burst over the weekend. Water was running down the street at the rate of many gallons a minute. I asked around at work and Roman's was highly recommended. I called them Monday morning and they were out there right away. After their estimate, I told them I couldn't afford to pay in full on completion. I said I could pay half then, and the second half in two weeks. They said it wasn't usual, but they agreed and started right away, finishing the next day. One guy did the entire job. He did a professional job. He had to dig a trench without breaking my lawn irrigation system, and dig through a raised bed of dirt and stone, then under the sidewalk. He very carefully piled the dirt and lawn chunks on tarp, and put it back just as carefully. In a few months, the lawn looked almost like nothing had happened, and now, a year and a half later, you can't tell a trench was dug.
As a bonus, while he was there, I asked him about a toilet that was leaking from the tank, which other plumbers had quoted me $200 to repair. He took a look and found it only needed two bolts to be tightened, which he did as a courtesy.
After this kind of service, of course I called them again when I needed help with a busted refrigerator line in March 2013. Unfortunately, the part needed is a special part that they didn't have and couldn't order, but at least they got the busted line properly capped.
I would definitely call them again were I to need more plumbing work. By the way, the price quoted above is for the water main repair; the refrigerator water line repair cost $49.

They were really good and responsive. They are really willing to work with you about pricing and other aspects of the job and were on time. A week later I had a problem with my kitchen faucet leaking and they even came back to fix it for free.
