We really like and appreciate Quality Flooring in Petaluma. My husband and I needed to replace carpet in our master bedroom and stairs to the 2nd floor of our house. The store on N. Petaluma Blvd has a very large selection of carpet, tile and wood. The sales staff is very knowledgeable and will work to try to find this best product for your house. The installers who work for Quality Carpet are excellent: they are detail oriented and easy to work with. They asked us to look over the work that was performed and when we noticed a small problem in one area of the stairs: they were able to expertly fix it.. We love our new carpet and we would highly recommend Quality Carpet! Terry and John

Great customer service by Tom and the staff.  All removal/demolition workers and installers were on time as scheduled and professional.  We had one uneven surface in our dining room, which was taken care of quickly without delaying the installation of the laminate flooring.  The job turned out beautiful!

Excellent experience in the store. Staff was knowlegable and helpful. Pricing was very competitive. Installation teams arrive on schedule and were very courtious and professional. Cleaned up proir to leaving everyday. Owner came by during each phase to make sure we were satisified. Results are beautiful.

I am happy with the flooring installation. This is a new type of flooring. I understand that the designer who helped us is new at their store, so there were quite a few miscommunications. I understand that is part of it, considering that she is new, but I won't feel comfortable working with her again. Ultimately, the installation turned out well. The guys showed up to work one day and I didn't even know that they were coming, but this was the fault of the designer who set up the job. The transaction is not completed yet and I am still waiting. There was a mistake in ordering and there was supposed to be an adjustment to my total but I haven't even heard what the adjustment was in my final total. I may or may not use them again.

I felt like they were okay, but we weren't super thrilled.  We found carpet and tile, but the process wasn't as friendly as we were used to.  The customer service wasn't too impressive.  There was a mistake made in the carpet cutting.  I felt like we were sort of blamed for it, even though we had no control of it.

Helpful and professional all the way--staff in store and installers. Hardwood had to match existing flooring that is no longer made. When we noticed a seam in the linoleum was a little raised in one spot, they came back and fixed it.
