I had two flat tires due to goat head thorns. Todd immediately put my bike on the rack fixed both tires and put a new basket on in less time than I thought. Not only that I had left the owners manual and receipt in the store from when I bought the bike in May which Todd kept on hand, remembered me and made sure I didn't leave without it. I have had other repairs done here and I will continue to go back. I like the small shop feel, the genuine courtesy and service.
