We initially contracted Payne Construction to demolish a wall and combine two rooms. During that process, Adam Payne:
1. kept us up to date
2. performed the work on-time and on-schedule
3. cleaned up after the work was done
4. frequently solicited our opinions and feedback
5. kept excellent records
6. brought in specialists when necessary
7. worked hard to save us money
8. used his design sense to guide us in esthetics
Adam has done a fantastic job and has a great sense of humor. He is detail-oriented and wants the customer to be happy.
I cannot recommend his work highly enough.
Since the original job was done so well, we have contracted Adam for an extensive lighting job, replacement of an electrical panel, hot tub installation, and a small plumbing job.
