I liked some of the employees very much, but there were some who weren't happy with the company and it was reflected in their work.

They were very good.  Scheduling was fine and it took them around 2 hours to complete.  The house looked very good and refreshed- they even took the garbage.  They were very accommodating and I was very satisfied.

It was easy to schedule the service and it took them three hours.  I liked the convenience.  The house looked wonderful when they were done.

I've been using them over ten years and I have a standing appointment.  They're normally punctual and will call to let you know what time they will arrive, they leave and house in good shape when they leave.  They normally send out two crew members and they are here a little less than two hours.

Scheduling the service was really easy and only took a phone call.  The crew was very good.  They were on time, brought their own supplies, and did the work in about 2-3 hours.  The kitchen was especially done well.

The price was okay, but I will not use them again in the future.

Person who came and gave me an estimate and explained how the service worked was courteous and professional.  Set up dates for initial cleaning and future every-other-week cleanings.  Initial cleaning went fine.  Crew showed up late for next cleaning, but did an adequate job.  Two weeks later, on next scheduled day of cleaning, crew never showed up.  Called office and left a message four hours after crew was supposed to show up, never got a return phone call.  That was five days ago.  Moving on to try to find someone who will show up.  Just don't want to deal with people who don't show up and don't call.

They come every other week--they do a pretty good job.  Don't do big jobs--just basic cleaning.

They are very good, They come on time and do what they say they will do and are very efficient.

It went well. It wasn't cheap but they did a good job. It was a one-time thing. We have a 3-bedroom home. It was fine and convenient so if you are looking for a bigger company and don't have time to find someone that does it on a contract basis on their own. They came on time and called when they arrived.

We used them once and we hired them to come again in a week's time. They were very good in everything they said they were going to do.  They did a really good job of stuff that we normally can't clean well, like the showers and stuff like that and they did a really good job.

I like them. They always show up on time, do their work and leave. They are quiet and efficient. They do a good job. Their price is fair. They do offer options if I want special cleanups or don't want them to come for a week. They seem to be flexible but I haven't tried it yet. There are usually two ladies that come and one of them is usually the same. If I want them to do something special I can tell them. I had to stop them from doing some work because they were taking my stove apart and cleaning it every time they came and that wasn't too necessary so I told them I would tell them if I wanted that done. They will take every book off of bookshelves and dust it and put them back on. They pick everything up and clean under them. They charge extra the first time they come because they do a deep clean. Even now they still clean the windows from the inside. I don't expect them to do that every time but I forget to tell them.

We have an agreement that they come once each month. They do a good job with the cleaning, and they are dependable. They get the job done fast with two or three people cleaning, so I don't have to be out of the house long.

I have some housecleaning done once a month. We do not need much cleaning being that it is only my husband and I. I really enjoy the service. I feel the price to be very reasonable and I have no complaints otherwise. There are some nice people that work for the company as well. I usually have different people come out and they all seem to be pretty professional.
