Let me begin by saying.
Do not let this guy into your house. He threatened me. And I fired him.
Here is the whole story..

Luis told us each day  what time he would arrive and how long he would stay. He never arrived anywhere close to the time he specified. He would usually be at least 1 hour late. He never apologized when he showed up. I had to stay home wiating for him to arrive and he was late every time he came.
As it turned out, Luis had no real experieince in home Theatre. He had no idea what height to hang the TV or where to put the speakers. We had to figure this all out ourselves.
When it came to carpentry his work is really not professional. The moldings were sloppy and our painters were very unhappy with the joints. One molding around our kitchen picture window was done so poorly our painters did not even want to paint it. So  we asked Luis to redo it. We had to go pickup the additional trim oursleves.
 Luis CHARGED us to redo the molding that he screwed up the first time. he would not acknoweldge that his work was sloppy . Even our designer told him to redo it.

In the course of doing the work , as always little things came up, Luis charged us for everything , no matter how small.
On the last day of the work, Luis was scheduled to arrive at 8:30 AM. We had agreed on this time , as I had a meeting at work . I told Luis Monday he would need ot be there at 8:30AM on thursday. He told me he understood completely. He called me the night before to confirm and again said "See you at 8:30AM" . I reminded him I had to leave exactly at 9:30AM. Thursday morning came and 8:30 No Luis. he texted me to say he was running a little late, See you at 9AM sharp.
At 9:50 he finally showed up.He began to walk into the house. I was in the driveway getting into my car, now 20 minutes late for a critical meeting. I told Luis this was not professional to show up 90 minutes late . Luis got right up in my face and started screaming at me about how early he had to get up in the morning. He had his nose on my nose screaming at me. I was shocked and frightened. The guy is beyond unprofessional, he is un-balanced.I fired him on the spot.
