He is unbelievable on every level. With some of the older locks he worked on them and brought them the next day to work. He did so many things and the price was incredible, under $300. I know it was a really good price because a friend of mine had similar work done and he paid a lot more. He doesn't have his own shop, he has a truck. He has all his stuff that he needs in his truck. He is very knowledgeable and he has been is the business for a long time. He knows older locks and how they work and how to fix them. He was fabulous.

I called Ken on a Monday afternoon and asked if he could give me an estimate for a lock I wanted to have installed on an outside patio gate. He offered to come that afternoon, but I asked him to come by the next morning. We made an appointment for 9:00 am. He showed up right on time the next morning. He is very friendly and professional and made me feel quite at ease. He looked at the gate and noticed an old lock on the bottom; which I hadn't even seen. He suggested that we use the old lock instead of installing a new one, which would save me quite a bit of money. The old lock was missing some parts, but that was not a problem. Ken had replacement parts in his truck and promtly fixed the old lock. He moved it to more accessible location and made certain it worked easily and smoothly. It was a perfect, a very inexpensive fix for the problem. He is an honest, geniunely kind, and professional man. I asked him for a recommendation for a window tinting service and he gave me the name and phone number of the man he used for his own home and vehicles. He could not have been more helpful. I really appreciated this warm welcome to my new hometown.
