As in my previous review, Joe completed this job perfectly and we were extremely satisfied with the quality and value of his work. This time we did get an estimate and he offered a lower cost upon completing the project. As before, he was very clear about when he would arrive and showed up promptly within the 30 minute time frame he had promised. Gas line work is something only a great plumber should (and can) do and we felt completely comfortable with the results. He ran the gas line was run as aesthetically as possible so as not to disrupt the overall appearance of the structure. He also sealed the entry point into the house (we were responsible for painting the pipe) to prevent water damage in the walls.

As before, he patiently answered questions during the work. At the time, our new gas stove did not have a supply line to run from the kitchen wall to the stove, so Joe told us specifics of what was needed, and even left us with an extra conversion fitting that might be required (it wasn't though). He also gave clear instructions about how to install the supply line and answered follow up questions about it. He said he drives around the area a lot and could stop by to check the installation if we wanted. We were able to install the line according to his instructions and didn't need to take him up on that offer.

Again, the total cost was less than expected (although we paid for the supply line after the visit) and the invoice was again refreshingly simple and clear. Overall, it was another very positive plumbing experience. Kudos Joe and team!

All communications with Joe before the job were very timely and clear. He visited for an (free) assessment a week before and scheduled the work at a convenient time for us. An hour or so before the work, we found out unannounced road work was being done on our street and his truck would not be able to navigate close to our house so we called him and he was able to work out a revisit when the street was accessible later that same day. He also called a half hour or hour before arriving to confirm.
He brought a very capable assistant (as well as the company mascot dog, Elvis!) and both human plumbers were very professional and skilled. I try to avoid asking questions while someone is working but picked what I hoped would be a convenient time between the many jobs to ask questions. Joe was very patient and clear in answering and gave some helpful advice in addition to answers. He also offered his future assistance. (another review may follow about that job)
Settling the invoice was very fast and painless and the cost was around what we had expected. (We forgot to get an estimate from him beforehand this time.) No "nickel and dime" line items for work vs. parts, which is refreshing. No surprising additions. Joe was recommended by our realtor and we will definitely use his services again as well as recommend him to anyone who needs an experienced, professional, and cordial plumber.

I liked everything about them. They were very responsive. They answered the phone right away. They had somebody out here the same day, within 30 minutes of my call, and this was not an emergency. The person worked quickly and efficiently. It was a positive experience all around.
