Overall, it went well and met my expectations. I appreciated that the estimator or someone temporarily secured the tiles to prevent them from imminently slipping out, before I even awarded them the job. It was good karma on their part :)

It was an excellent experience with them. The communication with them before the job was first class. They knew everything that needed to know and were aware of the new fire regulations that they had to deal with. They gave us a competitive bid and they were the most impressive putting their bid together and the way they carried it out was also first class. The workers were very good and they cleaned up well after themselves and I can’t find any fault with them.
