THIS COMPANY IS FRAUD! DON'T USE THEM! RUN THE OTHER WAY! Read on... In late February of this year (2021), my 80 year old mother-in-law wanted to use this company's services to redo her sprinkler/ irrigation system at her house in Santa Rosa, CA. The owner was eager to come over to get the business. He was three hours late for the appointment. That should have raised a red flag. But given N. California's traffic, we cut him a break. Plus, the owner came across as an honest man, who was going through tough times due to the pandemic. He was eager to look at all the sprinkler leaks in the property and wanted to come back to give us an estimate. And said he needed the business. The second time he came over, however, he was two hours late and had another excuse as to why he was late this time. He wanted $200.00 to walk through the property to assess the damage to give us an estimate. My mother-in-law agreed to this and wrote him a check for $200. He then did a quick walk through around the property which literally took less than 10 minutes, and told us that he will send/email us an estimate within a day or two. We reached out to him on 03/04 and he told us then that he will have the estimate to us in a couple of days! Here we are towards the end of March! No estimate and we haven't heard from him! My mother-in-law then showed us his business card. On the back of the card, it clearly stated that he gives free estimates. This guy was clearly out to take our money with no intention of providing any service! I cannot recommend any services from this company as they are out to rip people off (especially old ladies)!
