GOLD RUSH JEWELERS

I went the first time a year ago December. I took a watch to be repaired, my Grandmother's old beautiful art deco gold watch. It took them 3 months before I got it back. Then, I just took it in a week ago to have links put back in that had been taken out, not by them, and I got it back Friday and they had chipped the glass, the crystal. As soon as I saw it when she handed it to my I pointed it out to her and she said, oh no, we didn't do that, you did that, that had take a tremendous amount of force, it had to be smashed. 
I hadn't even worn it because the wrist wasn't big enough and obviously to me it was like a tool slipped and went into it. That was the tremendous force. There was nothing I could do about it.
And I given her a pair of earrings that I wanted soldiered and I showed them where to put the posts and they didn't put them in the right place. That's why I am still dealing with them because they had to change them. 
And the woman was nasty, nasty. I asked if she wanted to buy some gold and she couldn't tell me how much it weighed, or how much it was, I said, how much do you want for it, I said of course I want a fair price. She wouldn't weigh it she wouldn't say. She was just awful. 
When I got the 2 sets of earrings and the watch, the 2 things that I'd given them was revoked totally, well one was really bad because the crystal was broken. I said, it's not on the square where it is supposed to be and she said, well you gave us 2 pairs of earrings and one of them something or other and I said, no I didn't, I only gave you one pair.
The service was just terrible. They made me feel like a crook, like I was trying to get away with something. It made me feel terrible, it was the awfullest run away from feeling. Like I never wanted to go back, except I had to go get my stuff.
