Vernita Ferris was great! She was understanding and helpful and their service technician (Toby) was efficient and professional (not to mention gorgeous!) The problem was solved guickly and I would definitely call them again for any electrical issues that may come up.

It went completely smoothly. I was able to adjust and add some things to what they were doing and they had no problem with that, They were pleasant to work with, as well as punctual, something I place high value in.

Exceptional service! I never even call anyone else. They respond to emergencies, and they explain all of your options in a clear manner. They're responsive and punctual, and I wouldn't think about using anyone else. If they're ever running late, they call and let you know.
