Set up was fast and thorough. He worked from one sofa to another, then to the upstairs bedrooms, then the hallways and down the large stairway. I was pleased that so much was cleaned in just 2 hours!

Called them, left message. Richard called back the next day. I asked some questions particularly about eco-friendly products. We then booked an appointment for him to see the job and give me an estimate. I had to change the appointment and that was fine, he actually was able to show up a day earlier. We scheduled the date and I got an estimate. The guys who did the work showed up on time and the work was performed on schedule and on budget. I was very pleased with the whole deal.
