We wish you and your family the very best and thank you again for taking the time to review our services. Happy Holidays from us to you."
"Thank you for your review. We are aware of how unexpected and inconvenient it is to have your hot water heater go out; it can easily bring things in your household to a halt. We make it a high priority to get your new water heater installed as soon as possible with as little hassle as possible so that you can keep the hot showers and clean clothes coming. Thank You for taking the time to give us a review and Happy Holidays to you and yours."
"We are truly honored that after over half a year, you still took the time to write in a review. It shows that our meeting with you was a memorable one. We know that life keeps moving forward which is what our company is all about. When you have a plumbing issue, it usually happens at the most inconvenient time. We’re here to make sure we get that issue taken care of in a timely, professional manner so you can get back to doing what you do best. Thank you so much for your reply."
"Thank you for your concerns. We always try to meet the requests of our customers if possible and we are honest and straight forward about the effects that your request will have in regards to your job. In this case you had requested that rather than pulling both toilets consecutively you had wanted us to leave one working for your use. In response to your request, our technician had advised you that this would add at least another 45mins. to your job and we respectfully concessed to work on each toilet separately in order to meet your needs. We had originally given you a time frame of approximately 2hrs. to perform this work prior to your request and providing that there were no unforeseen issues. As you are aware, there were additional issues that contributed to the time factor regarding your job. We found that both of your toilets had bent and broken closet flanges that needed to be repaired before we could reset each toilet. In addition, our technician will always point out any other issues he finds and review these issues with you as he goes along; such as parts that are worn out and need to be replaced or will need to be replaced in the future. We do not warranty re-used parts; we do however warranty any parts we supply as well as our labor for a year on the work that was performed. Therefore, when issues like these are brought to our Customer’s attention, many of our Customer’s choose to install new hoses, valves, etc. in order to get the maximum benefit of the repairs that are being made. As you know, our technician will always leave that decision up to you. We do not perform unauthorized work. Thank you for your response."
He spread tarps over the entire bathroom floors and vacuumed repeatedly, leaving NO MESS! When he encountered a weak input line, he brought it to our attention and asked what we wanted to do--keep it or replace it. We opted to replace it. He did a wonderful job. We highly recommend him and will certainly use Dolcini again.
"Thank you for your spectacular review; it was truly a pleasure working with both you and your husband. It is of great importance to us to make sure we leave your home in the same condition as when we walked in, with one exception, your plumbing should now be in good working order. We also feel it is important to point out any discrepancies that we may find along the way, so that as our customer, you may make an educated decision as to how you would like to proceed. In this fashion, together we may keep your plumbing working correctly and to its highest potential for many years to come. Thank you again for your business and for sharing your experience with other Angie's List customers."
"Considering we serviced your home once prior to you relocating to another City, and the fact that you took the time to rate us on Angie’s List really speaks for itself. It really shows the caliber of Customers that we provide service to. We really appreciate that you took the time to let other Customers in the area know what you thought about us and we will miss having you as a client. We wish you the best in your new City."
"We thank you greatly for your reply and we appreciate that you took the time to share a detailed account of your experience with us for other Angie’s List Customers to review. As you know, we do have a one hour minimum charge, so we thank you for your sound advice to other Customers by letting them know that it is best to do the once around your home and get all your plumbing issues addressed at once. Most of us are familiar with the fact that at some point in time we encounter what seems to be a minimal but annoying problem that gets put on the back burner due to limited time or funds; such as a guest toilet that doesn’t work right or a leaking faucet. However, once these items have been repaired, I guarantee you’ll wonder why you bothered to learn to live with it. We know your home is your castle; your comfort is our concern. Let’s keep all the amenities in your home functioning properly so you and your family can enjoy the use of them for years to come. We appreciate your business greatly."
"We really appreciate your business and we have always believed that word of mouth is still our best advertisement; we thank you for your feedback. Regardless, whether your plumbing needs are small or large, we look forward to helping you in the future. Thank you for your response."
