I provide computer support and coaching for individuals and small businesses in Sonoma and Marin Counties. I have over 35 years of professional experience in technology, dealing with computer support, applications, PCs, MACs, iPhones, Android phones, tablets, and networks, I do both remote support and onsite visits. I highly recommend Jim Gray for help with computer issues. I was having numerous problems with my laptop and he not only fixed them but he also recommended some reasonable hardware upgrades to help my laptop work work much more quickly. His bill was very fair and he's friendly, honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend him.

Jim is a very excellent professional. He identified and fixed several problems with my internet access. One problem was that the comcast connection would go out randomly. Jim looked at the comcast wires coming in and saw they were in terrible condition. After many calls to Comcast they finally replaced the wires which cleared up the random internet disconnections. In addition Jim switched my laptop over from Wi-Fi to an ethernet connection to improve my download speeds on the internet. Jim is easily accessible and personable. He talks in non-tech language that I can understand, and is always efficient, patient and positive. I highly recommend him for any computer work, advice or consultation you need.

My new computer is such a diva. Jim responded quickly and empathetically to all my calls with in-person and remote visits. He made sure that not only did the computer work, but that I had the right peripherals. He explained everything patiently and never made me feel like an idiot. He's a pleasure to deal with.
