My hot tub needed repair. I contacted 5 companies and only 2 responded - California Cooperage one of them. I compared prices and found California Cooperage the most reasonable. I left a message on their answering machine and promptly received a return call. I described the problem and they made a few suggestions on how I could possibly fix it myself. I really liked this option since it could have saved me money. However, when this did not work, I called back and they promptly set an appointment. The repair person came out as scheduled - right on time - and quickly fixed the hot tub. He worked quickly (this is important because of the hourly rate) and promptly repaired the problem. He had the necessary part on his truck. Overall it was a great experience. Friendly, quick, thorough, and professional service. I highly recommend them.
