Some years ago, I had the great fortune of having been referred to ANR by another contractor, so my first connection was random. I have a large house with pitched roofing AND flat roofing. Since I was first connected to Rigo and Aron, they have repaired, installed, modified and upgraded every part of my roofing.They have had to deal with my insurance company, as well, on that first contract, and even the insurance company had high praise for them. For me, every single interaction has been just great. ANR is a father and son operation and they do everything do demonstrate how they know that their family name, and business reputation are at stake. I can say here that years after the first work, everything is tight and strong and pretty on my roofs. Back then, they installed clay tile roofing and it is still beautiful. Recently, I had a leak on the flat part of my roof, which was there long before they came on the scene. Aron came by on short notice, covered the area to mitigate the leak, and as soon as the rain stopped was here installing a flat roof for me, honoring the estimate that he gave me 2 years ago! (yes, I procrastinated). The work ANR does is always professional, orderly, and detailed. I never felt inconvenienced by their presence. The workers are courteous and very respectful of my property.
