The 2 man team came out right away and were very friendly and professional. They have decades of experience and knew exactly what they were doing. Price was very reasonable, especially for the level of service. Great, professional, and friendly service, you can't ask for anything more.

I used them a couple of times. They were very good both times. They came out in April or May. They were available within a reasonable period of time and the work that he has always done has been exactly what I needed. There is nothing he can do to improve his service. That's how good it was. The last time I had a valve that needed to be replaced and also a sprinkler head.

He is great. He definitely isn't the cheapest, but he is pretty thorough, he knows what he is doing and I get what I pay for. I used him again because I liked him and he seemed honest. He does good work.

Terry and his associate were on time and did a very professional job, and they were conscientious about clean up afterward. They replaced the dug up sod nicely, so no new sod was needed for replacement. The main issue I had with them was the lack of communication on cost along the way. When I initially spoke to Terry and asked if he could provide me with an initial estimate I was told that since there's too much of the unexpected that he couldn't provide an estimate ahead of time and there would be a minimum charge of $89.00 for the service call. I was not quoted an hourly rate nor was I informed along the way what the cost would be as they determined what needed to be repaired and replaced. The receipt that Terry provides gives a summary of the work done, however, does not itemize the bill for specific parts and labor. I left a message for Terry asking to break out parts and labor, and he promptly returned my call with a message indicating that the parts were $292.30 and labor $527.00, but no itemization for the parts. Again, very polite, professional, and friendly service so I would recommend him but warn people to be cognizant of the cost before the work is done.

Called Terry on 7/30/2013 and left a message. He returned my call later in the day, and scheduled for the following day.
Showed up on time and fixed the problem quickly. He was very friendly,and explained everything in a very precise manner.
Would not hesitate to call him if I need work on my sprinkler system.

Terry has been taking care of my sprinkler system for over a year. The system was not working when he came in but he has it running perfectly. He is very conscientious, reliable and knows what he is doing. My front and back yards look beautiful. I highly recommend him.

We were very satisfied with the prompt service, the quality of work and the fairness of the cost. We've added Terry's business card to our refrigerator list of trusted repairmen and certainly would seek out his services in the future should the need arise. Thankfully..... given the excellent work of Terry and his assistant Pete I don't expect that need to be any time soon!!

We found Terry to be very professional and knowledgeable, however at the same time, very, very expensive!When asked for his hourly rate, his response was "you don't want to know".He did resolve our problem, which was a monthly water bill of $300, however he charged us $900 to do it!We could have replaced the entire timer and all of the sprinklers for less money.If you decide to use this company, be sure to get a written quote first!!!

They took about 3 hours to finish the job. I would recommend them without reserve.

They never showed up after numerous attempts. He did give me a courtesy call to let me know he was coming out, but he still cancelled numerous times. The first impression was really bad in my opinion.

I would call Terry again if I needed another sprinkler repair.

Terry was quite expensive but he knew his business and did a good job. He looked at my entire system and made sure it was working properly. I liked his professionalism and knowledge. I felt he really knew what he was doing. I had other offers from comapnies to do the work for a lot cheaper, but I knew Terry knew what he was doing. Terry performed the work himself. I negotiated the price with him. He dropped the price a little for me. Everything is working great.

He did a great job. We do not have any leaking in the line anymore. He was here and knew exactly what he was doing.

Went very well! Punctual, knowledgeable and had all necessary equipment. Coming back to do additional work which includes addition of new lines and modification of system due to recent construction. (He ended up with additional work based on how great things went the first visit).

Terry arrived with his assistant on time. Went to work right away. Took care of all the sprinkler problems within a few hours. All rear yard sprinklers are working properly. I am very pleased with his service.

Terry is great to work with; he is skilled and knowledgeable and is fun to talk to as well. His rates are not inexpensive, but are worth it because the work is done correctly, with quality parts and equipment, and the lawn begins to improve almost immediately.
