"I'm sorry our minimum upset you, but we did make it clear when you called that we had a minimum service charge. When you scheduled, we offered to do other tasks doing the time remaining. You agreed to that when you called, happy that we could send someone out the same day. Since I have to pay the technicians for a minimum of 2 hours, I have to charge you for that. I am glad you were happy with our work."

"Mr. C, I am sorry you were unhappy with the financial aspects of our transaction. There are a few errors in your review, however. Our trip charge was $19, not $99, and our profile clearly says we charge one. The technician waived the trip charge in your case, since you had not noticed it. Second, we never, ever charge for the lunch break time. The guys did have to purchase materials for your project and we do charge for that time, as do all handymen. As for the baseboard, they installed almost 50 feet of new baseboard from what you had on hand. They did run out of baseboard and out of time that that day. I told you i would send them back to complete the last small sections, once you had gotten more matching baseboards, at no additional charge but I never heard back from you. Last, I made it very clear when we spoke the first time that the quote did not include the tile repair because we couldn't know how long it would take. It is difficult to selectively cut out and replace individual tiles without damaging those adjacent. You said you understood that. Our quote plus the cost of the tile repair is what you were charged. I am very sorry you weren't happy. We try very hard to do quality work at an honest price. However, I do feel your review contained many inaccuracies. I am still happy to send Wayne back out to complete the baseboard at no charge to you."
