"I called them at around noon. They returned my call in few minutes and informed me they will come after they finished the 2 jobs the had that afternoon. They came around 45 minutes late because of the traffic around 6:00 pm. I am actually glad they came. They were very polite an professional and explained to me that previous repaired was not done correctly and the wrong kind of pipe was used. Metal residues or what looked like it were build up.. The cleared the clog and replaced the valve of the sewer outlet.. He explained to me the sewer outlet was very old and there were lots of derbies from deterioration residues.. They replaced the part which is outside the wall. The had to go to store to get the right size valve. They were very clean. I am happy for the work. He gave me advice what not to put in the garbage disposal and explained the plumbing of my house to me. The whole job did not take very long. I definitely would use their service again."

"I bought a Big Deal for 3 men for 2 hours with a moving truck for under $200. I had everything very prepared, furniture was empty & clean, drawers removed, ready to go. They wrapped all furniture with packing blankets & my super large mirror with bubble wrap & packing blankets. Alex & one other man packed, drove, unpacked everything in just over the alotted time, but didn't charge me extra. They were great...punctual, fast, efficient, neat and very personable. "In 2013, AAP replaced my toilet with a new one (that they recommended). Over the past 4 years, that toilet has plugged up 6 times and I had to pay $125 each time to have AAP unplug it. I complained that they obviously installed a terrible quality toilet. The manager agreed to replace the toilet with a new one that was better quality...for free. No cost for the toilet or the labor to install it. Although I was pretty angry that they recommended a terrible toilet, I appreciated them replacing it for free. It was the right thing to do. Except for this issue, I have been very happy with AAP's service. They have always been able to come the same day I've called (even nights and weekends). And the service guys are all very nice and capable. I will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs."

"John and his son Gavin were nothing short of fabulous. They were professional, conscientious and very efficient about ensuring everything was perfect while installing my new garbage disposer. Unlike most change-outs, my old disposer was bolted in and rusted out - (I should have taken pictures, it was awful) - which required heavy-duty cutting and a lot of extra labor. Yet in the end - there was no extra charge! These guys are a team and went above and beyond what was expected. Unreal and unbelievable. Thank you John and Gavin for being a GREAT TEAM! Very happy!"

"Art was extremely helpful and accommodating at every step of the project, from bidding through scheduling and even some additional work we needed a few weeks later. The team worked efficiently, doing a new main line install (going under our sidewalk and concrete without any demolition), re-piped the horizontal pipes under the house with copper (they were 100 year old galvanized), and setup a new shut off and regulator outside. They did everything in a day and cleaned up nicely. When we had other contractors working on our foundation 2 weeks later, they bent over backwards to get plumbers out the next day to make some fixes to drain pipe and at an excellent price. I got quotes from three companies and Repipe Pro was the most competitive and also great responsiveness from Art and his wife Thelma who run the business. "Our gas bill was getting higher and higher, and after asking locals 'to check the water heater' for us, we decided to go professional. These guys came and inspected the whole system underneath the house. They came out with videos of leaks that were actively going on. We never touched the gas lines since we moved in over 25 years ago so it was time for a new system. The old one was really messed up and confusing so they did one single line with extensions to places that needed it (obviously) We also had to do some digging and they were very careful on preserving the yard, that i really appreciate. Jose and his crew are like family, they're very nice, detailed, communicative and helpful. They work really hard for a great price! The crew stayed with us until the gas company came to give us the OK to turn the gas line back on. These guys are 24 hours and know their stuff 4 weeks later we come back from vacation to a leaking toilet. We immediately called Jose and he came to check it out that same day. Thankfully that's the only leak we have now so its a small job. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED"
