Bad costumer service, bad traffic control really rude with the neighbors and use our driveway as a place to park and set down all their stuff. When asked to move so I can leave my house I don’t even get acknowledged they just stay yelling to go when they decide to move

He saved me nearly 50% on cost compared with other bids because he capitalized on good deals and timing with other jobs and passed material savings to me rather than pocketing it. He is an honest to goodness hard worker and values a strong business relationship. He wants the work. He is always on time. Always replies to messages right away. His staff work very hard and are highly skilled. It is fun to watch! He is polite and easy to work with. His team is clean and professional. There were a few issues with the paving in a few spots, but Steve brought his entire team back and fixed it right up. He never makes excuses and gets the job done. They are very well equipped and knowledgeable. Steve took care of everything. Called the city for permission, prepped the road, worked with our other contractors to handle scheduling, even spoke with neighbors to ensure everyone is okay with a couple days of minor disruption. Payments are easy to make. Invoices are simple and straight to the point. No drama. I plan to hire him again for maintenance, but also for a few other future projects.
