The estimator showed up on time and was very knowledgeable about what may have caused the leaking roof and what it would involve for the repair. Very courteous and friendly. The workers showed up on time and were finished when promised. They even did some extra sealing of vents without charge while they were up on the roof anyway! Highly recommend.

The work was done by courteous roofers in a professional manner and steps for the process was explained and when done I was informed of what was done and given reassurances on their warranty. That was satisfactory since I couldn t get up to the roof to inspect. Thnx

After I gave Freedom Roofing a deposit, I didn't hear from them to make a appointment so I texted them to get a definite start date. Bottom line is that I had to reach out to them to get things moving and get an answer.They need to get organized and get back to their customers on a timely basis.Also I was assured that job site would be left clean but that didn't happen so I had to call company and the manager came out and cleaned up. Manager was very nice and went out of his way to help.
