 + -1 moreDid a good job up until asked to finish. After we paid him off he never came back to finish job. Now we have to hire someone else to finish job, and its not a little bit its a big amount of the job that was left. Daves prices are top top of asking price. Pick someone else and ALWAYS get a contract. I was stupid and didnt do this with Dave. We are kicking around the idea of small claims court because he was paid full asking price and really did allot of work to be done.
