They don't have the option of going online. I love the price and I've had it for over 10 years. It's really good and I've never had any problems. Wherever I've gone, I've been able to use it. They are really a good company to deal with. I really like them and I would recommend them to anybody. They are really good for people just want to have a phone and texting ability. They are really great for that. If you want a phone and you want to be able to text and get a hold of people, it's great. They are really great.

I only use 150 minutes a month. It is pretty cheap. I can just go online and change the plans from 150 minutes to 300. There is no conflict involve while doing so. I can change anytime I want and in the middle of the cycle. They have pretty good phones. I never had issues with call dropping. It is pretty fast to go online. It doesn't take time to download any apps.

I started out at about $40 a month and it was increased to $50. The reason for that was someone was using my telephone number for making calls out of the country and using my minutes. They didn't give statements and I had to pay $2.50 more in order to receive the statements. When I requested the statements because I knew I wasn't making those calls, it was bad communication with the service reps because one told me I couldn't get a statement and then another one said okay, I can get a statement. Therefore, I was sent some statements and then I found out about the calls that were going out of the country. Although they gave me a $10 credit, but that wasn't enough for all the problems I had gone through. The other things was I had very little or no signal. I understand that they told me they were coming off of ATand T towers, but if they didn't have adequate signals in my area, they shouldn't have advertised or taken my application. I couldn't get a signal and I had to go room to room to get a signal. They also wanted me to pay late charges, but I had to buy a phone of another company because of their poor service.

Overall they are excellent and I would use their services again in the future if needed.
