WHEN I CALLED THEM THEY GAVE ME AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE FOLLOWING DAY, WHICH WAS GREAT! MY SON HAD SPILLED RED KOOL AID ALL OVER THE CHAIR AND I COULD NOT REMOVE IT MYSELF. THEY GOT OUT ALL OF THE KOOL AID AND IT DID NOT COME BACK. ALL OF MY CHAIRS HAD WHITE CUSHION PADS ON THEM AND THE MAN GOT THEM WHITE AGAIN. IT TOOK ABOUT 1 HOUR TO CLEAN ALL OF THE CHAIRS. I AM CALLING THE COMPANY AGAIN TOMORROW, AS IT HAS BEEN 2 MONTHS AND WITH ALL OF MY KIDS- WELL I NEED THEM CLEANED AGAIN!
