So with that being said please do not request us to answer a question and then that was all you needed. Again we are being charged.... And when you request a pro please request one company at a time. I am extremely pleased with Perryâ s Landscaping. Their customer service is outstanding and they are very quick to respond to any inquiries. Timely and prompt and very hard working. I will definitely be using them again in the future and highly recommend them. On a 1-10 scale I would absolutely give them a 10!

I was so disappointed with the quality of his work! He made contact with me. I appreciated that my husband was very sick at the time. I hired Perry Landscaping, for my husband birthday. He would have been so worried about not being well enough to do the Spring cleaning outside. When the owner came to see me he talked a great game but did not deliver. He did not complete the work he said he would do. I wish he had recorded that first meeting. When he called me out to say, I am done! I was so shocked disappointed with my patio not being hosed off, my patio covering still covered with cob webs. I just paid him $175. - $200. and said good bye. Too disappointed to let that be a gif to my husband. He was very friendly, organized, he brought 2-3 men like he said he would, they all worked hard, just did not complete the things we talked about at that first meeting. Possible Tip for your prosðRecord initial meetings!!

As you can see your the first review with such an unhappy response. I would be happy to finish whatever it was that we did not complete at no charge. Otherwise, we apologize. I do not understand why it took you so long to make a comment. But this was very confusing. You said we worked hard, and paid us, without letting us know at the time that we might have missed anything. Please be more informative with the next company before you write another disturbing review. Thank you."

Jayson and his employee responded quickly to my need for a sprinkler repair, but when he had to return to repair the valve, he seemed to resent having to return to Auburn for such a small job. If his employee had stayed to make sure the sprinkler was no longer leaking after the initial repair, he would have seen that there was still water coming from the sprinkler head. Perhaps he could have then repaired the valve on the same day and avoided multiple trips for Jayson. What was a relatively small job ended up costing me over $250.

"When you work on sprinklers and fix the problem, 80% of the time other problems come up after the original fix. And when the customer does not know anything about irrigation they always seem to want to go the easiest route, but they do not understand what it takes to troubleshoot the system. Also when you go out of your way (3 times) an hour drive to help someone that was told, that your company was booked out for two months. But then you try your best to help out someone who has a leaking valve without making a scheduled date. An after that they write reviews that are of no value. This is why we do not do small jobs.
