Prep-work is thorough. Clean up good.
The actual painting and chalking had areas of sloppiness. Lack of sanding properly, chalking, paint cracks in corners etc. When asked to come back and do the work correctly, I found, he only does so when a money balance is due. After you pay all balances, he doesn't answer your calls or text messages.
