G B PAINTING & DECORATING

First of all this company does not have a business license.  It has been suspended by the Secretary of State.  His Contractors License will not be renewed at the end of May per the Contractors License Board.
Greg painted my home and my rental property.  My home was done ok but he damaged my 3 year old concrete by chipping it in several places.   He was pulling his power washer and it fell over causing damage.  He also tried to power wash the paint off of my concrete and he made indentation marks on it.  He got paint on my patio furniture, my bbq, my 3 year old fence, my concrete, my bushes, a mess.  There were areas that were not finished, he stepped in paint on my lawn where he cleaned his stuff, right in front of my house and then walked on my black top driveway.  He then tried to pressure wash it up and it damaged my black top completely breaking it up.  He told me he would paint these metal posts with oil paint to prevent rust from returning.  I got the rust back in 2 months.  I paid him $2800 to paint my home.
He was to paint my tenants home at the same time but begged off for several days.  When he finally painted it he did such a poor job I  fired him but he had already told my tenants he was done.  I was ready to take this to the  contractors license board but I did not pay him for painting my rental but did pay him for painting my house.  I assumed after sending him over 79 photos he agreed he did a bad job and I thought we were even and I did not proceed with the Contractors License Board.
Well Greg filed a mechanics lien on my home for the rental.  The contract was $1600  just for the rental and he filed the claim for $1900.  I was never notified.  I went to get a loan and saw the lien.
