We have a dining room set about 20 yrs old, but solid oak, really nice. The seats had become saggy and a little thread worn (3 cats). Someone recommended S&J (don't member who). I'm handicapped and have difficulty getting around and I'm alone during the week. My hubby loaded two chairs at a time into my car, and I was able to take a couple chairs at a time. He did a beautiful job and was done in about a week and a half. As I said, it was only about $600 for six chairs and he did a beautiful job!
