Paso Robles Glass

We hire Paso Robles Glass to install our two bathroom shower enclosures and dividing walls, in addition to our kitchen backsplashes. Our experience from start to finish was nothing but stellar. The owner, Jarred Damigos, listened to our ideas, had fantastic suggestions, worked with us on the design and material selection, and delivered beautifully. It is worth mentioning that our project is not a run-off-the-mill project: the house is very modern with a lot of clean details, which means there's very little room for error. The massive pieces of glass that lined the shower walls had to be precise to a fraction of a millimeter or else they would not fit together. Jarred did not shy away from a difficult project, he did not attempt to convince us to take the easy path, and he himself, did not cut corners. Our expectations were met completely and we will use PRGlass for our future projects.

I wanted the replacement windows to mimic the original style, so they would blend well with the house. Because the house was built before 1978, replacing the windows also required following laws re construction involving lead paint removal and disposal, which made the labor cost understandably higher.
Don came to the house to measure and provide the initial quote. He is prompt, professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I had many concerns about the look of the finished windows (in keeping with style/age of house) and about the overall installation process. He answered all my questions satisfactorily and promptly.
The initial estimate was for 3 days on site. Each window removed was replaced with the new window the same day.  I was asked to move furnishings approximately 6 feet away from front of windows, but did not have to move tall bookcases flanking some windows.  Each day the workmen cleaned the area around the new window completely, including floors and all surfaces. The job ended up being completed in 2 days instead of the originally estimated 3 days.  
The windows are absolutely beautiful. The retrofitting is even better than I expected, Milgard guarantees the windows themselves for all parts and labor replacement for as long as I own the home - even against breakage.
I am so pleased with Paso Robles Glass!  (and Milgard, of course) Since they also install doors, patio doors, and more, I know I will use them again in the future.
