ob went flawlessly. Equipment arrived on site clean and in working order (tractor with gannon box, full blade, then back hoe attachment, 3 to 5 ton vibrating roller, and water trailer with hose and pump). DG and sand tractor/trailers arrived at specified time. (Drivers were experienced and careful around our property). Work performed was exactly as specified on Job Proposal. Contractor Ed Madruga ran into difficulty with sub-terranium rock when excavating for footings, but did not amend his Proposal (upward) to reflect the extended work effort. Quality of work was outstanding. One had the distinct feeling that Ed would have done that kind of work if he were grading property for his own family.Site was left clean and orderly at the end of each day. We were supplied with both his phone number and his email address for concerns, questions, etc.

I had Ed Madruga construct a 275 six ft. fence for me this year, 2013 He constructed it with metal posts every 8 feet.
I couldn't have been more pleased. He was reasonable, on time, and HONEST! I feel very lucky to have met him. His work is impeccable. I give him an "A" plus all the way.
