Jesse did a great job! Very professional and provided a detailed inspection report for a brand new home we are purchasing in Nipomo. Report pointed out several issues that we would have missed during a normal walk through with realtor. Thermal imaging pointed out issues that even the builder of the home was glad to know, so he had the insulation sub-contractor make the necessary correction on ceiling area in one room and one exterior wall, which were documented well in Jesse's report, including pictures of the hot spots were insulation was not installed properly. The inspection went well. Jesse was on time and performed a thorough inspection on the house, including a thermal camera inspection which revealed some missing insulation in the walls. He also caught a number of problems that we had no idea existed, like a badly wired outlet and some other safety issues.
