We scheduled the cleaning on a day that was raining and the guy (sorry - I forgot his name) was fine with rescheduling since the carpets would have taken 10 or 12 hours to dry with all that moisture in the air.  That was great - but we were thrilled with the work when it was finally completed.  They were fast and every efficient.  All the carpeting and rugs looked new.  They got out some wine stains and coffee stains that we never thought would be removed.  I would not hesitate to call them again.

The person who came out to do the estimate seemed very professional. Their price was more than the competition so that's why we didn't go with them. They responded to all our questions. They were very punctual and were right on the dot.
