Very accommodating, we have vinyl siding on our home and Curt and Victor used a two step process for cleaning and 'sealing' the vinyl as well as they oiled our redwood deck and painted exterior trim on our home. There was always good communication with us if their scheduling had changed. Things happen and it only takes a text or phone call. So many contractors do NOT value that courtesy.
