AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION SVC

I rated this place 1 star because it does not let you give 0 stars. the service I received was beyond bad, from getting interrupted by them answering cell phone calls while on the phone with me to getting 2 different stories on 2 different calls, one to me and one to my wife. it took them 18 days to remove and replace (that's right, no rebuild or any trans work they removed one trans and replaced with another) the trans in my 07 yukon. I had to make several unpleasant calls to motivate them to get my truck done because on the 19th day I needed to go out of town. I kept getting excuse after excuse why the new trans wasn't there yet or not installed because "you do know it takes 8 hours." I've r&r'd many a transmission that I've had rebuilt and it takes me less than 8 hours to do in a driveway so I can't imagine how speedy it can be done on a lift with a trans jack and power tools. now (1.5 weeks after getting it back) there is a substantial clunk on acceleration so I am force to go back to them and see if they'll fix it. Russ and Jimmy came highly recommended and after this trans runs right I will never be back and I will tell everyone I know the experience I had.
